Hi, I'm Denny Dean, owner of Island Home Inspectors of North Florida LLC, located in St. Augustine, Florida. Not only am I a Certified Professional Inspector, I am a State Certified Residential Contractor, with experience as a licensed realtor, investor, landlord and property manager. I have been involved in buying, selling and building houses for decades. After graduating from San Diego State University over 30 years ago, I moved to St. Augustine, built my forever home and raised my family here. As Certified Professional Inspector, I use the latest in technology and tools to create the most comprehensive, in-depth inspections in the industry. I use tools such as drones, thermal imaging cameras, moisture detectors and more. Using a tablet with mobile reporting software, I am able to produce reports with high quality photos and videos that can be reviewed with the homeowner after the inspection is complete, on-site before I leave. The final inspection report is usually completed within 24-hours and a digital copy is provided. Printed reports are available upon request.
